GREENSKY BLUEGRASS
After 18 years together, up to 175 shows per year, nearly 1,000 different setlists, seven studio albums, and a litany of live releases, Greensky Bluegrass embodies more than just music for members Anders Beck [dobro], Michael Arlen Bont [banjo], Dave Bruzza [guitar], Mike Devol [upright bass], and Paul Hoffman [Mandolin]. Truthfully, it embodies an ironclad creative bond, familial brotherhood, and a lifelong commitment to fans. At this point, it goes without saying the band means everything (and more) to the Kalamazoo, MI bluegrass mavericks.

“There’s this great duality to our band,” reflects Greensky Bluegrass mandolinist, vocalist, and songwriter Paul Hoffman. “We’re existing in a few different places at once: we’re a bluegrass band and a rock band, we’re song-driven and interested in extended improvisation.” “We play acoustic instruments,” adds dobro player Anders Beck, “but we put on a rock’n’roll show.

COVID PROTOCOLS
The most recent guidance from Governor Henry McMaster and the State of South Carolina regarding the Shelter in Place directive is that hotel and lodging properties are considered essential businesses and, therefore, are exempt from this order and may remain open. Please be aware of any coronavirus (COVID-19) travel advisories and review updates from the World Health Organization (WHO).

With that in mind, and with the utmost caution for the wellbeing of our staff and guests, The Woodlands Nature Reserve and Zun Hospitality are taking extraordinary measures to keep everyone as safe as possible. Some of the measures we are taking include:

1. Significantly increasing our housekeeping and groundskeeping standards.
2. Increasing the frequency of our routine cleaning and sanitizing of all common areas including the restrooms.
3. We are accepting a limited number of reservations and have implemented a 72-hour buffer between bookings or occupancy in any accommodation.
4. Implemented social spacing guidance throughout the property.

The enjoyment of nature by our guests and the safety of everyone who visits the nature reserve have always been our top priority. We will continue to monitor the situation by staying in close contact with the Dorchester County, South Carolina Department of Health & Environmental Control, and the CDC. We will continue to make informed decisions based on best practices and factual updates from trusted sources.

Here at The Woodlands Nature Reserve, we have always been dedicated to providing an opportunity for our guests to relax and unwind in the remarkable beauty of the nature that surrounds us. Our commitment has not wavered. Perhaps now, more than ever, nature can provide an important and much needed respite. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions. We stand firm in our belief that we’ll all get through this together, and we will continue to monitor the situation and update our policies accordingly.ngly.
